XII. Youth BPP

Presidum of Party can found "Youth of Balbín's Potical Party". Object of this is catch up activity of this supporters of Party, which cannot become members of Party and which, less or more, identifies with their ideas, and want to support them. Member of "Youth BPP" can be everybody, who require it. He become member of "Youth BPP" in moment, when he receive "Diploma" from Party Presidium and he can use title "Mladý balbínovec". Members can create Clubs. Name of Club is: "Club 'New York' ('Niagara', 'at Dead fish', ...) of Youth of BPP". Clubs can be found in any place on the whole surface of Earth, and if you want anywhere in whole Universe. Chairman of Club have title "Chief Balbín of Club name of Club" determined by members of Club. Other functions in Clubs depends on members needs. Club is based on request of two or more persons, when Party Presidium create "Diploma of the Club". Members an Clubs are not independent subjects, which can conduct in name of Party, but Presidium can make out authorization to this. Members and Clubs localy guards interests of Party. Members of Clubs are volntary, free and not formalized. Clubs can have meatings, own actions and so on. When action is not authorized by Presidium, organizer of every action is physical person, not Party. When it is necesarry, everybody can prove his membership by Diploma or written authorization.

Conditions of Membership in Youth of BPP (MBPS)

  1. Membershir is undissolved (§5-6), lifelong and inherit.
  2. Member can be everybody independing on age, dimensions, sex, color of skin, nacionality, political or believe.
  3. Member cannot be swain.
  4. When member find, that he is swain, he must imediatelly break his membership and declare it to Pesidium of BPP.
  5. Member cannot be suspended by other way, then by his declaratin.
  6. Club cannot be suspended by other way, then by his declaratin..
  7. Internal thinks of Clubs (as a: membership, conditions of membership, hierarchy and so on) are fully internal think of Clubs.
